Graduated from Yangon Institute of Economics with Public Administration specialization and got MPA in 2012. He worked for Ministry of Construction (Staff Officer), Care International in Myanmar (Administration Officer), Air Bagan Ltd.( HR Manager ) ,  Htoo Group of Companies ( General Manager – HR ) , United Amara Bank ( Deputy Director – HR ) and  Ayeyar Myanmar Insurance ( General Manager – HR ).

He also was an author of 3 Books Titled (HR လားေဟ႕ ၀င္ခဲ႕ေလကြယ္ ) and also was a senior Lecturer for Human Resources Management, Human Resource Development and Public Services Management subjects at one of the most famous Academic Institute in Yangon ( Strategy First Institute ) and Myanmar International Business Academy.

He was an HR Consultant for Star Moe Yan Group of Companies, and IME Holdings Limited, Gold Petrol JOC Inc., Mottama Holdings, Myanmar Combiz Group, and a Corporate Trainer for Soft Skills.

He Currently is a business consultant for Oriental Food House Company Ltd., and part-time HR Consultant for Treasure Star Jewelry, Shwe Myo Daw Gold Shop, YES Logistics, Myanmar Enterprise Solution, Health Glory Company Ltd, Excellent Restaurant, Win Khit Co., Ltd.

He is a founder of AMARA Consulting, AMARA Insurance Services and AMARA Institute.
