Kyi Pyar has been a Managing Director of Royal Peace Interior Design & Build Company for 6 years . She worked at Marine Field in Singapore and at Department of Civil Aviation in Yangon for 7 and 2 years respectively. She alos had a number of experiences in Real Estate as well.  Now she earned the Master Degree of Business Administration (UK).

She studied Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Communication in Singapore. She got Diploma in Professional Interior Design (UK) , BA(Chinese) MYM, AGTI(EC) MYM, Coaching (USA) and Quantum Leap consist of Millionaire Mind Intensive, Mission to Million, Guerrilla Business Intensive, Train the Trainer and Enlighten Warrior and attended many of training classes in Myanmar.

Her expertises are in assisting small and medium-sized business owners who have reached the point of moving to the next stage of sustainable growth or exit, offering coaching, high-quality guidance, information, tools and/or practical support in all areas of the business, delivering strategies for owners who wish to regain power, deliver increased revenue and profit, engagement of people and performance management. She is one of the Business Doctors collaborating with Business Doctors Myanmar who currently served over 60 clients achieved their visions.
